Returns
You may return items within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Items must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- A valid proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) must be provided
Returns must be initiated within the 14-day window by contacting our support team at [email protected]. You will receive return instructions via email. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked as such)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days after the return is received.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, if applicable, or offered as store credit if alternative arrangements were used.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
